is a voice of liberation and a prolific singer and songwriter who has opened 6 times for Neil Young at the Greek Theater in Berkeley (CA), Jones Beach (NY) and stadiums across the West Coast.

In 2017 she founded the ABRACADABRA TRIP with Tycho Dan the Bus Daddy and a team of global musicians in NYC.  Our team has created hundreds of unforgettable rock n' roll spectacles in the street, bringing people together in a celebration of unity.

 

The Abracadabra band recently recorded an album with John Medeski and in 2022 the toured to Ukraine on a mission of peace and healing through music. Mama Earth is currently directing and producing feature documentary about our journey.

For 16 years she was the Lead Soloist and a Composer for Reverend Billy's Church of Stop Shopping, playing the Latitude Festival (UK), Conway Hall (UK), Burning Man with Joan Baez (NV) Castro Theater (CA), and sang over 50 shows at Joe's Pub (NY).  She is also a featured vocalist on DayBreaker, opening for the Weather Girls on a national broadcast and performing at Sony Hall (NYC).

Mama Earth is a master freestyle singer, creating spontaneous improvised jams with global musicians and solo.  She's studied with Bobby McFerrin & Rhiannon at the Omega Institute as well as with Freestyle Love Supreme.  She has led thousands of group freestyles and circle songs around the world, at campfires, protests, festivals and on international stages.

Also known as Laura, she is a filmmaker who directed WE ARE THE HARTMANS starring Richard Chamberlain and Ben Curtis.  She has produced hundreds of short films, documentaries, commercials, theater productions, concerts and actions.  A skilled cinematographer on the Oscar Nominated GASLAND.​
